Moving to Monetate Slack

Simon is moving our client Slack accounts into the Monetate org. As part of this transition, we'll be shutting down your current Simon Slack instance on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Ahead of that date, we'll be exporting your Slack history and resetting up your platform alerts to point to the new channel, so nothing gets lost in the move.

The one thing we need from your side is approval on the Slack invitations as they go out, so your team can get added to the new workspace without delay.
