The Simon AI Engineering team will be conducting planned maintenance on our primary database infrastructure on Monday, July 27, from 8:00–9:00 PM CDT (01:00–02:00 UTC, July 28).

During this window, you may experience brief, intermittent service disruptions across the platform. In most cases, retrying the request should succeed. We do not anticipate extended downtime and will provide an update if the impact differs from what's expected above.
