Starting Wednesday, July 29, we'll archive old, unused datasets to keep your workspace easier to navigate and reduce load on your data pipelines.
What gets archived:
1. Datasets more than 90 days old with no references anywhere on the platform (segments, journeys, message content, custom contexts, exports, or other datasets).
2. Datasets more than 90 days old connected only to inactive segments, meaning segments that don't power any flow, journey, or message content and haven't been viewed in 30 days. These segments are archived too.
Every item passes a safety check first, and nothing you actively use is affected. Archiving is also reversible. If you have questions or want something restored, reach out to your TAM.
The value in this work in helping to remove clutter from your account and support decreasing the total time it takes to run a refresh where possible.
